Before we dive into the benefits of green coffee first you need to understand the difference between the regular coffee which is easily available in our homes and the green coffee. The regular coffee powder is made from the roasted coffee beans while the green coffee beans are unroasted. When the coffee beans are roasted they lose some of their natural herb properties which loses the amount of caffeine present in it. This is the primary reason why the unroasted green coffee beans are a lot more beneficial than the regular roasted coffee. Does the green coffee help in burning fat?
